LOL!! I'm in Washington state. It stopped raining earlier --around brunch. ;) I need to get off the computer & run some errands, but here I sit. LOL!!

That would be SO sweet of you. ;) The name Day is pretty common, so if it helps, they mainly lived in Cape May & the are related to the Thompson's --The Thompson's & the Days owned quite a bit of land --some turned to water where the Thompson Beach is. Don't know for a fact if the Beach was named after them. BUT a relative (Josephine Dianna Chandonnais LEE) who died in the 1950 Tidal Flood at Thompson Beach later had a daughter who married into the Day line. Small world.
