Need help finding the parents of female child born in GA (maybe in or near Rome) in 1971. Birth Certificate gave date of birth as 3 Nov 1971. Child's weight about 7 pounds+.
Mother's age was about 15 or 16, and father was a year or so older.
Do know that the grandmother considered raising the baby, but changed her mind, reason being the family wanted the child to have both a mother and a father, and grow up in a 'real family' setting.
Any information would be appreciated.
