Looking for Emel ADKINS and Annie SALMON, listed in Boyd Co., NE marriage record as parents of James Samuel ADKINS, who married (Mary/Marian) Alice BENNETT 9 Nov 1897. James Samuel ADKINS was born 12 May 1875 in Wisconsin. I can't find this family in 1880. Later censuses for James Samuel ADKINS say his father was born in Kentucky.
Possibly related is a Francis Marion ADKINS who married Minerva SALMON 25 Jun 1865 in Fennimore, Grant, WI.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
