I just interested in learning more about my grandfather Bill Adkins. His father was Roscoe Adkins. He was born October 12, 1925 in Mann, West Virgina and he passed away January 4, 1986 in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. He died before I was born so I never got a chance to ask him about his past. I think it would be interesting to here from some of his relitives in West Virgina. I would also like to know what country Adkins originated from. I'm not sure if it's Germany, Ireland, or Scotland , or some other country. And any other information. Thankyou
