Today we found the Beall-Aderhold-Kolb Cemetery. Please add these directions to all web-sites and local records. Center of cemetery is at: N33 42.645/W084 36.216. Park at: N33 42.670/W084 36.200. No parking allowed on side of road, so jump the curb and park on the pipe line right-of-way. Cemetery is in bad condition. Looks like the fallen trees did the most damage. Readable headstones are as follows: Aderhold, James M. 1-2-1837 8-17-1885 (James was a Confederate soldier, but has no VA headstone.) Aderhold, William Died 2-9-1895 68 yrs, 7 mo., and 17 days. (William was also a Confederate soldier, with no VA headstone.) Beall, Mrs. Sarah E. 2- 20 or 29- 1799 10-6-1877 Kolb, Susan Ann T. Consort of Martin Kolb (Susan's last name was BUTT, and in my family tree I have her as born 4-17-1802, died 11-30-1831 Kolb, Peter M (Martin).B. 10-1833, age 40 years. (In my family tree records I had him passing in 1857) ??? Knott, Clara Ann Daughter of James R. and Mary Kolb Died 12-8-1854 9 mo. 23 days. Gorman, Elizabeth Wife of Claiborn Gorman Died 3-6-1861 Age 62 yrs. Gorman, Clairborn 12-8-1795 8-13-1868 "A Pioneer Citizen" Peter Martin Kolb was the son of Peter Kolb, Rev. War., buried Meriwether County, GA., and brother of Peter V. Kolb who owned Kolb's Farm in Marietta where the "Battle of Kolb's Farm" took place. Notify Administrator about this message?
