I couldn't find the Aderholts that you mentioned in the family books coordinated by WM Bailey Cash, but will say that our ancestors, Frederick and Maria Elizabetta Johanetta Aderhold, came to this country in 1772, I believe, and first lived in York, PA, then moved to the area now Cherryville, NC, where they are buried.Their town of origin was Dillenberg, GM, and I hope you are able to go there and look in the Lutheran church records.
