About a month ago I got some help from a researcher. She has Bennett ADEN b. 1740 in England or Scotland as the furthest back, with his children being:

Bennett Jr. appears to be the father of the furthest of the one I had found, Simon Van Winkle ADEN.
Bennett Jr. married Martha DICKEY and they had:

3. Dorinda Davidson ADEN 1798-1872 TN

Simon married New Jersey WILLIAMS (what a name!!) and they also had a bunch of children! The oldest is my ancestor and he was either born in Benton Co. TN or he moved there.

Henrietta married James Monroe COLE and they stayed in Gibson County, TN for a long time.
