Ms. Freeman:

Thank you for posting this letter. I had long wondered about Amanda Dyson, just who she was and what became of her. I am descended from Ervin Elrade and William Wesley Addy's sister Maria Elizabeth Addy who married Thomas S. McLane and lived in Haralson and Senoia, GA. I am sure Dr. Joel P. Taylor was a cousin since Ervin Elrade Addy was a grandson of John Simeon Addy who had married Catherine Taylor. Do you know if anyone has information on our Taylor line?
