I regret that after a dilligent search, I have not found the ADDY you have been looking for. It was especially a suprise to learn that this Mr. ADDY was in Box Butte Co, NE, since I live in Cuming Co, NE.
There is another ADDY that you may wish to contact. He is from an ADDY family that began in CT, then MN. One of his descendents lives in Omaha, NE. But even in the information from that family, there is no one in Box Butte Co, NE. You may wish to write and ask if they would have known anyone in Box Butte Co, NE c. 1920.
