WANDA ELAINE (COLLINS) ADDINGTON
Wanda Elaine Addington, 60, of Wise, passed away Friday (July 29, 2005) at her home.
She attended Zion Family Ministries and was the manager of Dairi-Barn for 12 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Vanover and Ruth Short Collins.
Surviving are three sons, Thomas Keith Addington and wife, Susan Gail of Wise, Kevin Raymond Addington of Rogersville, and Brandon Shawn Addington and wife, Kathy Danielle of Wise; two sisters, Lana Dollarhyde of Broad Run, and Etsy Collins of Wise; six brothers, Marvin F. Collins, Stanley G.
Collins, Hassell Collins, Jr., Christopher M. Collins and Scott Collins all of Wise, and Barry J. Collins of Bealton; and five grandchildren.
Services were conducted at 5 p.m. Sunday, July 31, in the chapel of Sturgill Funeral Home in Wise with Pastor Wayne Hager officiating.
Graveside committal services and burial were held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Addington-Hensley Cemetery.
