Im looking for information about my great grandfather Lonnie Addington I beleive his parents were James Addington and Laura Youngblood but i havent confirmed this. Lonnie was born in 1891 at Green Forest Arkansas he had serveral brothers and sisters William and Frank i know where 2 of his bothers names James and Laura were from North Carolina moved to Arkansas around 1887 then to Tulsa Oklahoma around 1900 James died in 1946 Laura in 1955. Lonnie's first wife was Donna Barton they were married in Arkansas she was from Stone County i beleive.They had 3 children Ishmeal (my grandfather) Pernie, and Essie Addington. His Second wife was Bess Turner from around Mtn. View Arkansas they had 5 or 6 children Jim, Loyld,Gordon (nickname Mutt) Mary Ellen, and Joann i think they lived in Oklahoma and Texas. Lonnie died in the early 1960's in Newport Arkansas and is buried there.Any information,pictures, stories etc... would be great. Can Email me at christi0028@hotmail.com
