I have a James Addington b. 1799 in Buncombe Co NC. who md. Winifred Woodfin.
Their daughter, Rachael Matilda Addington, b. April 1, 1820, md. John Bailus Smith, s/o Robert Smith and Cynthia Kell of Gilmer Co Ga.
I also have Ralston's in my tree. David Ralston of Gilmer Co Ga md. Lettia Smith, sister to John Bailus Smith mentioned above.
I was just wondering if this James Addington b. 1799 in Buncombe could possibly be a brother to the John Addington who md. Rachel Miller. Have any ideas?
