I am seeking information on an Adamson Family who I believe would have been living in the Lockesburg area of Seiver County, Arkansas, Howard County or Montgomery County, Arkansas between 1901- 1904.
This family took over the care of my Grandfather John Henry Pettigrew by court order in about the above mentioned years.
The only information I have on the family is what my Grandfather shared. At the time he went to live with the family there were three grown daughters, two younger daughters a son named John who was close to my Grandfather’s age (his birth year is 1888-1889) and later another son was born to this family.
My Grandfather continued to live with the family until about 1908.
The only other known information is that
my Grandfather mentions neighbors by name of Johnson, Douglas Woolever and a George Daniels.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
