My ggg-grandfather Washington Adams b. 4/6/1828, d. 5/21/1906 Lisbon, Oh., left York Co. PA in 1836 with his parents to live in Columbiana Co., Ohio. I believe his father was a Matthew Adams of York Co. I have never seen so many Adams' from one state as PA. The list goes on and on. It is like looking for a needle in a haystack, as the saying goes.
