can someone tell me who this john adams would have been who was either in louisa or brunswick co, va who witnessed the following louisa co, va deed re my william harris/ judith hudson to his brother stephen harris of hanover co, va for these 62 acres in louisa co, va.

3 August 1743
William Harris of Brunswick Co. to Stephen Harris of St. Martin's Par., Hanover Co. For 12 pounds, 62 acres and plantation in Fredericksville Parish.
William Harris
Witnesses: Richard Henderson, James Woody, John [X] Adams
12 September 1743 proved by oaths of witnesses.

my william harris/ judith hudson was in lunenburg co, va by 1746 and died in 1778 in mecklenburg co, va.
