Don't know if any of my ancestors are in your line, but I sure hope so. I am trying to locate anything I can on ROBERT ADAMS b. 6/13/1785 d. 6/29/1864. His wife was Mildred d. 10/12/1851. The only other info I have for ROBERT that he had a son GEORGE WASHINGTON ADAMS, my gr-grandfather, b.3/11/1836 d.7/28/1923, married Martha Funk 11/20/1856. They lived in Rockingham Co.Virginia. I don't know where George had lived prior to this, but some sources have suggested Newbury, MA. Is it possible that George is an uncle of yours?
