Thought I'd respond as, I am looking for Adams Family links as well. My Grandmother- Hazel Adams born to Robert Adams in White Plains NY. Her Father, Robert Adams born June 3rd, 1883
birthplace unknown. His parents- Frank Adams and Emily Thomas is where my trail ends as of now. Frank is a very big
mystery. I know that Emily was born is Washington DC. What elders I have gotten information from know little of Frank. The story is we are related to John Quincy- but I don't know how.
There was some sort of scanal no one would speak of, in Washington DC, and they relocated to NY. I don't know if this fits into your puzzle, just thought I'd write since it seems we are both on the same trail!! Stephanie
