Telitha Brantley (wife of John Fisher Adair)died on Jan. 29, 1816. John Fisher Adair married Mary Slaven on Oct. 24, 1815. How was it possible that John married Mary before the death of Telitha? Have you ever heard any explanation on this?
According to the book "Atlanta and Environs" by Franklin M. Garrett, "Miss Brantley...died young, leaving one child who did not long survive her". You list two children for Telitha Brantley. What is your source of information on the names of these two children?
