We have been working on Mable (BURTON) RINGLING'S family. Mable (1875 Fayette Co., OH-1929 New York, New York) BURTON's parents were George W. and Elizabeth (WILSON) BURTON. George was the son of James W. and Elizabeth (ADAIR) BURTON; they were listed as living in Fayette Co., OH, in 1850 census. I have found information that Elizabeth was the daughter of Hugh and Martha (BUNTON) ADAIR. We have little other information about Mable or her family. We have found a letter to Mable from her sister recounting her research in VA land records for the names of BURTON and ADAIR.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
