Stevens of 6123 I have a photo of Joesph Adair's headstone. He was born in Ireland and died in South Carolina in 1789. It shows his first wife as Sarah Laferty and their children named: Joseph Jr, James, Benjamin, Jean, Sarah, Mary, and Robert. His second wife was Susanna Long. It shows he had stepchildren as well. There is also a photo of a monument in Laurens County that has his name on it as serving his country. Hope this helps. Notify Administrator about this message?
