I too am interested in Cornelius. I am looking for the father of a Robert Adair who left VA for SC in the early 1770's. I think Cornelius' wife, Elizabeth may be the daughter of John and Margaret Risk (sometimes Rusk) from that county. John Sr. left a will wherein he named Elizabeth Adair Exect.
I don't have time to look up the reference now but if you are interested let me know and I will.
