Hoping that someone has proven the parents of Nancy. If so, please post. She is my 5th gr grandmother through William Tyner, her son. Just a note, saw where some folks were relying on the information from Elijah Hackleman, her grandson. While Elijah did write extensively, he wasn't always correct. For instance, he cites the day that the family left South Carolina for the north to be the day his parents were married. He also gives the burial place of Rev. Wm. Tyner as Brookville IN. Wm. is buried at Horseshoe Bend, near Westport IN, Decatur County where he lived after leaving Brookville. I believe Elijah may have taken some liberties with much of the family history he provided, including the close relationship between Nancy and a governor of Kentucky. Just my opinion.
Again, would appreciate any new information on Nancy and her parents and siblings.
