Robert Adair (d.1737) is noted on a deed vol. 13, p.32, no.4756, March 19 1712 as being a witness, Dublin, Ireland.
Others on the deed were :
Robert Molesworth (son-in-law ?) 1st. Party
John Cooke of Cookesborough, co. Westmeath (uncle ?)2nd Party
John Butler (?) of The Swan Tavern.

Perhaps Butler was a partner of this Robert Adair ?
