My gggrandfather William Adair was born in Belfast Ireland in 1831, he came to Australia somewhere around 1854 where he married Bridget Gissane born 1834 Glynn, Limerick Ireland. They were married in Ashby a suburb of Geelong Victoria Australia. I see there is plenty about the "American Adairs", anyone interested in the Australian Adairs
