I have a copy of the "Eastern Cherokees" Application No. 2179, by Elizabeth (Adair) Walker, the wife of Timothy Meigs Walker. She was living at Ft. Gibson, Cherokee Nation. she was b. in 1825 in Georgia and her parents are WAlter S. Adair and Nancy (Harris) Adair. Elizabeth's writes that her grandparents are Edward Adair and Elizabeth Adair nee Scott. They were born in Tennessee and Georgia respectively. My question is do you know anything more than this about Edward Adair's wife Elizabeth Scott? Thanks, Zabette Elam.
