Taugheran appears to be Toughrane/Taughrane as you say. The McFall site appears to say that John Adair is the father of Mary Adair, though I can not find a heading for the column he is listed in. The marriage may be recorded in the Shankill Parish church. If the couple is Presbyterian, this could mean that they were concerned about old inheritance laws, but, for all I know, it may be where the civil registration was taken.
The Mageralin Parish church has a record of 12-27-1827 Moses McFall marrying Jane Dowey?, both living in Magheralin. A Moses McFall was the father of Moses who married Mary Adair.
Geography is tough in the area. Magheralin is in Co. Down but also includes some of Co. Armagh. Donaghcloney, the townland, is between Magheralin and Banbridge and next to Banoge in the Parish of Donaghcloney by civil records. Church parishes are different. The McClearys were also in Donaghcloney parish and in the Lurgan First Presbyterian Church.
There is a Richard and Robert Beattie/ Beatty mentioned in one of the the church record indexes, but I haven't located the entries. I'm not sure that a townland is given at that time and Beattie is a common name in the region. Gravestone records of Down don't seem to help. However, it sounds like Ann is a sister to John, Robert, Benjamin, and Mary.
There is a good chance that Ellen Adair married John Doak of Lurgan area and Florida may be involved with one of their daughters. I have an e-mail address for the source of that information and will send it to you if you send me an address.
A James Dowey has about 4 entries, usually in the 1820's.
