re: Soldier, James Trusler m. 4 July 4 1776 Augusta Co, VA,
to Susannah, whose maiden name was not stated.
Soldier's widow, Susannah, was allowed pension on her application executed Aug 23 1851, at which time she was 96 yrs and resided Blooming Grove Twp, Franklin Co, Indiana.
James and Susannah Trusler had 11 children, all of whom, it was stated, lived to be grown except the oldest who died when young. The only name of a child that is given is Sarah ADAIR who in 1851 was residing Franklin Co, IN, and then stated that she was born in 1782 in Virginia.
