m.1869 Margaret HUOT bc 1852 Dunluce, Antrim, N.Ireland
Prior to 1869 they emigrated to (Auckland ?) New Zealand.
son :
Percy ADAIR, bc. 1868-88 (?) Gisbourne or Waipukarau, North Island, New Zealand.
Resided 7 Old Quebec Street, Marylebone, London (1925 marriage certificate).
m. 15 Jan 1925 Registrar's Office St Marylebone District, London, England,
to Phyllis HOBSON (dau of George F. Hobson b. 1864 Highbury and Catherine Whitton).
Witnesses were G.E.R. ADAIR (???)
and G. Colin Hobson.

Percy ADAIR dc. 1928 aged (?) at a sanatorium on the Isle of Wight.
He may have been the head of Philips (radio, etc.) in England
