WHITE TOWNSHIP.
Mary Jane Moorhead, daughter of Alexander Thompson and Jane H. Hart Moorhead, was born at the Moorhead homestead, White township, 21 May 1841. She was married to Joseph B. Adair (b.1834), on 9 November 1863 at the home of her parents. They resided in Indiana County, Pennsylvania.

DIED.--On Friday, the 24th inst., MR. JOSEPH H. ADAIR (b.1811), of White township, after a painful spinal illness, of ten or twelve years' duration, aged 44 years and 1 month.
WEST LEBANON.
Dr. Hugh Adair, a native of White township, was educated at the Indiana Academy; studied medicine with Dr. Jackson, Blairsville; graduated at the Franklin Medical College, Philadelphia, 1847; located in West Lebanon; practiced there a few years, then moved to Emlenton, Vanango county, and after a few years to Anandale, Butler county, where he died.
