Thanks, Shirley, for replying. I have no ideal if James married Hannah before coming to SC or not. Some people seem to think Hannah's name was Hannah Rebecca Ross but I haven't found anything yet to prove her maiden name before marrying Hannah. I never he was in the Rev. and signed the petition but that is about all I do know about him. Pat
