Thomas Adair the Immigrant Pa to SC ?

I have seen a number of messages concerning
Thomas Adair who came from N. Ireland to Pa.
in the early 18th century. Some of them rely
on the Adair genealogy by J.B. Adair done in
1924. That cites no references and has a number of errors including a line of descent
from James Adair, the Indian trader who is not of that family. Does anyone have a will,
estate papers or other evidence as to where &
when Thomas died?
