Message from Maryland genealogy forum - "WILL Daniel DURBIN, Balto. Co., 19 Jan., pr. 23 Mar. 1775, Harford Co. To son Thomas, "Durbin's Beginning," & when he arrives at age 21, the rents from my plantation, his guardian to be Charles GILBERT. (As I have James PRITCHARD's bond for reconveying) "Obediah's Venture" & "Improved Venture," to dau. Avarilla, exx., except what I have heretofore disposed of to Chas. GILBERT. As I have sold to Robert ADAIR, decd., "Durbin's Chance," which is not conveyed, I desire that my friend and relation Kent MITCHELL, Jr., execute a deed. Wit: Amos GARRETT, Nicholas BAKER, Jr., & Kent MITCHELL, Jr." Who would have been the new owners of "Durbin's Chance" on the "deed" (of conveyance ?) which was purchased by Robert ADAIR (died prior 1775 ), probably heirs of Robert Adair ? Thankyou. Notify Administrator about this message?
