I'm trying to find information on Alexander Adair, born in London, Ontario in 1857. He was the son of John Adair and Rose Aird. From a 1909 biography I know he was the "crown attorney" (which I think was similar to a District Attorney) in Parry Sound and Muskoka, though he lived in Bracebridge. he moved to California in 1890. Is he connected with your Adair's?
