Ruth (Greer) Adair was my ggg grandmother. She was married to John Isaac Adair and he was killed by the Tories in South Carolina. Their children were: Isaac, Jacob and Jane. She moved to Jackson/Franklin County, Ga. and purchased land there. From there Isaac moved to Alabama and then into Mississippi (Carroll now Montgomery County) in the 1830's after the Treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek.

I would greatly appreciate any information on Ruth and any knowledge if she married again. I have no trace of her after the land deeds in Georgia.
