I am searching for James Adair b. 1823 TN. He was married to Malissa E. Carroll b. May 1829 in NC. They had a son named Elijah S. Adair b. May 1861 GA. He married Sarah E. Ivie b.Sept. 1858. They had a Dau. Mary Louise Adair b. Sept. 1874 GA. She was married to Rufas S. Ault b. Sept. 1871.

Does anyone have anymore information? I would like to know children's names, if they fought in the Civil War, and marriage dates and locations. Thanks, Sherry
