David Poor m. Oct 7 1838 Mary Jane Adair, refer Jackson Co. marriages at SCIOTO.org

Also at SCIOTO Co. Marriages there was -
Lewis D. Adair m. Oct 15 1857 Lavinia Kendall

Not sure if Kendall was spelt Kirkendall or Kurkendel (whatever)early in SC in association with the Adairs.

Is Scioto Co. in Ohio ? Perhaps they may be connected with your Poor family ?
