Looking for descendents of Abner John Adair, son of Joseph Adair and Elenor Overfield and Mary Ann Adkins daughter of Wyatt Adkins. They were married in 1822. Children were Joseph, William, Abner Ellis, John R., Isaac, Sue, Mary, Ellen, Samuel, and Owen. The family had a 260 acre farm in what is now Swope Park in Kansas City. Joseph was the first white child born in Jackson County Missour. Abner John helped lay out the town of Independence.
