I was told by a distant cousin that my great grandmother's parents were Conrad Wolf and Nancy Josephine ADAIR Wolf. My great grandmother was Goldia Wolf. She married Elward Edward (Ellie) Cockrill. She was born Sept. 14, 1870. her obit. said Goliad TX. She and Ellie Cockrill/Cockrell lived in Cistern and Flatonia, Fayette Co. TX. They are buried in Flatonia.

All we know about Conrad was that he fought at Shilo, during the Civil War. I assume CSA, since we all come for several generations of Texans...but he might have been a displace yankee!!!
