we are in a dilemma searching for our Mary Jane Adair and her sister Rebecca E. Adair. we thought maybe there was a connection to this John Adair file, still not sure. We only know that over the past family history, it is believed that our Adairs were connected to the Nancy Ward files, somehow.?? We have searched locally here in Tennessee with very little results. They were sisters who married brothers, John Frye and Harvey Frye, our line is Harvey Frye, of McMinn County Tn. Married in 1855-1856.
