Hello,
My husband comes thru the Laurens Co. SC Adairs Aseneth Adair that married John J. Miller and came to Jones Co., GA. and had a son named Seaborn that died young. Her father James and Eleanor Adair went to TN just below Nashville, about 1805. They were from Laurens Co., SC also. I live next to Greene Co and you may like to look up the estate of Andrew Reid and his widow Elizabeth Reid in Greene Co., GA Page 136 Will Book A 8 Aug 1791. Also in the deed records some of the Adairs like Benjamin are named as being from Laurens Co., SC now of Greene Co., GA. I can look at the original marriage when I go over there and tell you what it looks like first hand.
Carolyn W, Haskins
