My Grandfather is John Orville Adair. (Fom Hart County, Kentucky).
He is the son of Chester Adair, who is the son of Alexander Adair.
The general family belief is that XXOO was in trouble in Germany
(Last name of Fitzgerald) and fled to Ireland
where he assumed the last name Adaire. I have information
with places/dates of birth/death but am only able to use
the computer at work occassionally and do not have one at home.
I will send what I have if anyone is interested.
