We know very little about the ADAIR family.

Nancy ADAIR (b: 9 Jan 1744 or 28 Jan 1754, Mecklinburg, Abbyville, NC d: 28 Jul 1835, Harrisburg, Fayette Co, IN)
She married (1) Harris TYNER (b: 4 Aug 1740 Lancaster Dist, NC d: summer 1778, NC).
She married (2) Burrell Stevens.

Nancy married Burrell STEVENS about 6 months after Harris TYNER died. They came to Rush and Fayette counties in Indiana about 1810, bringing with them Nancy's children by Harris. Nancy and Burrell also had several children together.

I am trying to find out Nancy's genealogy: her parents on back. There is an unsubstantiated rumor that she was an aunt of a Kentucky governor.
