Found an Acton Family Cemetery....

Located in Shelby County AL in the woods behind a few houses at the corner of Palomino Trail and Black Horse Bend roads off of County Road 14.

There is a John Acton Col. CSA and his entire family buried there. Additionally, there is a Mrs. Jane Roberts, Born in 1742 and died 1823. Her marker is still in very good shape and I can take a picture of it if anyone is interested. I do not know why the County hasn't taken the lead in maintaining this historical place.
