Sherrod Y. Acree is recorded in the 1860 Meriwether, GA census as "Surrd Acrey". The LDS records show him as Sherrod Y. Acree. I cannot find him recorded anywhere except that one census record. His family (Absolem Acrey) moved to Texas but I cannot find him in Nacogdoches where the family moved. Can anyone fill me in on who he married, where he went, when and where he died, or anything that can tell me what he did after 1860?
Everything you can tell me will be greatly appreciated.
