Hi, I have had my female DNA tested and it came back with U6b -- there are only 9 of us who have u6b which I understand is pretty indicative of Canary Islands. I have 100% match on both the low and high definition with a known Canary Island descendant from 1880's. I only know that my maternal ancestor was born in 1790 in Louisiana so don't know if her father was one of the men sent from the Canary Islands to LA in 1770 or not. Have you had any female lines tested. Take care. Marilyn
