Hello,
I am fascinated by your info. I have just begun to search my family roots. My grandfather was Joe Acosta born in 1885 don't know where and died in 1929 in Nacogdoches, Texas. Joe had siblings Tom, Cecil, Dora and Ella who lived in the Nacogdoches area until their deaths. I have very sketchy info. However, I remember always being told by my father that his father Joe was of Spanish descent. It appears to me that you have done extensive research on your family. Are any of these names familiar?
