Matthias Acorn/Eichorn, Jr., son of Matthias and Margaret Eichorn, was killed and scalped by Indians circa 1774 according to History of Waldoboro. What were the circumstances of this incident? Does anyone know the name of Matthias, Jr.'s wife? Did they have any other children besides John who removed to Prince Edward Island?
