As far as Pearl's parents are I haven't tracked them down but she is buried in the Alva Municipal Cemetery and there may be a chance that an obituary can be found. You should try to contact the library there to see if they have a volunteer that could search the microfilm records for you. John is most likely the son of Green B. Acord and Sarah Ann Hand. There are two family trees on Ancestry that has them as his and his sister's parents. You can find John and Lucy living in Kansas with their Hand grandparents in the 1880 census.
