I have just received a certificate of marriage stating:

To the District Court of Fayette County:
THIS CERTIFIES, That on the 5th day of March, A.D. 1898, at West Union in said county, according to law and authority, I duly JOINED IN MARRIAGE Frank Acord and Julia Rupin.
Given under my hand the 7th day of March A.D. 1898.
