Need help on Valentine Acord of IL

I am looking for Valentine "Felt" in the 1850 census or any other place that ties Valentine and Elizabeth Oliver to John Acord. Valentine is in White Co and John in Hamilton Co for the 1860 census, and John's obituary does not list his parents. His death certificate from Vermillion Co, IL shows his parents as Valentine Acord and ROSA Oliver, however Rosa could be a nickname since the informant was Mrs Rosa Acord of Georgetown and no Rosa Acord existed.
